Our PROE Wheel Dressers are designed for truing and dressing applications involving angles, flats, and radii and are compatible with CBN wheels, single diamond wheels, and multi-wheel packs. With PROEVision software, we can customize a high-tolerance truing and dressing process tailored to meet specific production requirements. The controls on our grinding wheel truing and dressing machines are intuitively placed for easy adjustments, and the monitor and operator console can swing to the front, providing convenient access from any angle.

Each machine includes a standard 3-axis digital readout for precise positioning. Additional features include a linear scale with a digital display counter accurate to 0.0001 inches and a swivel angle reader with 0.035-degree increments. All slides are fully enclosed and utilize ball screws to ensure accuracy. Our machines are constructed with a heavy cast iron base to reduce vibration, while two pairs of large-diameter angular contact bearings enable smooth radius formation. Automated models with servo controls are also available, enhancing efficiency and precision.
