  High-Precision Components

  It uses precision linear rails and ball screw rods made in Taiwan, as well as several light meter rulers. This allows for real-time adjustments and measurement of the positioning accuracy, width, and arc size of the grinding wheel during the dressing process.

  The rotary shaft is equipped with high-precision tapered roller bearings from Japan to ensure rotation accuracy and smoothness

  The speed of the dressing grinding wheel, left and right swing speed, swing stroke size, and the position of the grinding wheel are all adjustable

  CCD Photography Unit

  Equipped with a CCD unit offering 15x to 120x magnification and a 19-inch LCD display. The arc, angle, and size of the grinding wheel can be measured and tested during operation

  Optical Measuring System

  The CCD and optical dimension units provide easy-to-use settings and enable real-time measurement of the width, position, and inspection of the grinding wheel during or after dressing. The measurement accuracy is up to 0.005 x 0.01 mm
