Product Description

This machine operates on the principle of the speed difference between the trimming grinding wheel and the dressing grinding wheel to achieve the desired shape dressing of the grinding wheel.

It is capable of efficiently dressing a variety of grinding wheels, including diamond grinding wheels, CBN grinding wheels, and multiple-wheel configurations. It can handle different shapes such as flat planes, angles, arcs, and molded grinding wheels. The machine is easy to operate, highly precise, and offers the following features

High-Precision Components

It uses precision linear rails and ball screw rods made in Taiwan, as well as several light meter rulers. This allows for real-time adjustments and measurement of the positioning accuracy, width, and arc size of the grinding wheel during the dressing process.

High-Precision Rotation

The rotary shaft is equipped with high-precision tapered roller bearings from Japan to ensure rotation accuracy and smoothness.

Adjustable Settings

The speed of the dressing grinding wheel, left and right swing speed, swing stroke size, and the position of the grinding wheel are all adjustable.

CCD Photography Unit

Equipped with a CCD unit offering 15x to 120x magnification and a 19-inch LCD display. The arc, angle, and size of the grinding wheel can be measured and tested during operation.

Optical Measuring System

The CCD and optical dimension units provide easy-to-use settings and enable real-time measurement of the width, position, and inspection of the grinding wheel during or after dressing. The measurement accuracy is up to 0.005 x 0.01 mm.
